ARTICLE 2 - THE HOST

The Site is hosted by OVH SAS, a subsidiary of OVH Groupe SA, a company registered with the Lille Trade and Companies Register under number 537 407 926, with its registered office at 2, rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix.

ARTICLE 3 - ACCESS TO THE SITE

The Site is accessible at all times, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in the event of force majeure, scheduled or unscheduled interruption or where maintenance is required.

In the event of modification, interruption or suspension of the Site, the Publisher shall not be held liable.

ARTICLE 4 - DATA COLLECTION

The Site ensures that the User's personal information is collected and processed in compliance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.
