The specific challenges facing executives in Paris
Ultra-competitive environment
The density of the Parisian economic fabric generates intense competitive pressure. Between innovative start-ups in the 2nd arrondissement and major groups in La Défense, executives and senior managers have to constantly prove their added value and stand out from the crowd in a constantly changing ecosystem.
Frenetic pace
The Parisian tempo demands rapid decision-making, marathon days between strategic meetings and optimised transport journeys. This constant intensity can lead to tension and questions about work-life balance.
Frequent transitions
Mergers, acquisitions, reorganisations, head office relocations... Parisian companies are changing at a rapid pace, creating a constant need for management teams and managers at all levels to adapt.
Multicultural diversity
Managing teams with varied profiles, navigating different corporate cultures, adapting to Parisian business codes and international expectations... these are all managerial challenges specific to the French business capital.
Tight executive job market: coaching as the new differentiator
executive recruitment in the Paris Region
A rude awakening after a decade of euphoria. For the first time since 2000, executive employment in the Paris region is in massive decline. From 330,000 recruitments in 2023 to 303,400 in 2024: the "party is over" and 2025 - 2026 look even more difficult.
executives in the Paris Region, i.e. half of all French executives
This concentration is unique in the world, making the region the national driver of executive employment. However, despite this exceptional pool of executives, 54% of companies in the Paris region are still struggling to recruit.
of early redundancies among large companies in the Paris Region
Since 2019, organisations with more than 50 employees have seen a marked increase in the number of trial period terminations. In industry, this increase has even reached +41%. This is a strong indication of the limits of onboarding, even in the best-structured organisations.

I had a wonderful opportunity to discuss my background and career with this coach, with a view to charting a clear path towards my ambitions in banking risk analysis, I was amazed at how she asked me such incisive and relevant questions, which really helped me gain clarity on my current professional situation – something that has helped me plan how to take the next step forward. Thank you, coach, and see you next time!![]()

I arrived with a question I’d explored to the full and the feeling that I’d reached the end of the road. Delphine supported me with her keen listening and great gentleness, whilst remaining focused on the objective. In 20 minutes, her rephrasing, her insightful questions and a very apt visual analogy enabled me to see things in a new light, to break out of a deadlock and to find practical ways to move forward. I highly recommend Delphine to anyone facing a major challenge and who no longer sees a way forward.![]()

Delphine helped me to structure my project. I started the coaching feeling a bit lost about my vision, my project and how to make a living from it. As we went along, Delphine was able to adapt to my needs on the day of each session whilst keeping my goal firmly in sight. At the end of this programme, which spanned several sessions, my situation and my project are now much clearer and better structured. Thank you![]()

What an eye-opening experience this coaching with Delphine has been!! I have several unique qualities as a trainer and coach, and I couldn’t seem to find a coherent "marketing" strategy. Delphine helped me clarify my professional positioning, strengthen my sense of legitimacy and self-confidence, and boost my visibility on LinkedIn as a parenting coach. And it worked – I’ve increased my follower count and, in no time at all, received a request for a sales meeting. What’s more, Delphine was incredibly supportive and encouraging. Thank you again!![]()

I met with Delphine to help me sort out my professional situation, both in terms of "strategy" and my emotions. She created a very calm and gentle environment, guiding me with great kindness towards my goal of gaining a clearer perspective! A revealing and transformative experience. I learnt so much about myself – and about others too – thanks to her coaching. I warmly recommend Delphine to anyone looking for support that combines expertise with a human touch.![]()

I wholeheartedly endorse Delphine’s coaching services. Her expert guidance was crucial in helping me overcome a range of personal and professional challenges, such as self-doubt, unresolved trauma and a tendency to procrastinate—all of which were holding back my career progression. Furthermore, her support proved to be exceptionally valuable during my complex career transition, which spanned different countries and continents. Her contributions have been remarkably beneficial, catalysing sustained professional development and growth.
